General Information for Homeowners

Homeowners can stay up to date by attending the Board Of Directors' meetings; you may contact any member of the Board of Directors for dates of meetings and any additional information.

Annual Membership Dues/Finances:

$250.00 per household, payable in January.  You will receive a notice.  Any member is welcome to view the Association’s internal financial statements or tax returns by contacting the Treasurer.

Dues payments are the Association’s only source of revenue and are used primarily to pay for the upkeep of the entrances, cost of street lights, for administration and for other general expenses.  HCHOA has a long-range financial plan to ensure funding for large, non-recurring expenses.
